PrNewswire recently reported that Kevin Seawright and his company RPS Solutions, LLC have been successful in executing their plan of getting first time homeowners into the communities of Baltimore. Seawright wants to bring affordable housing to the community it hopes that it will continue to strength the city. There is one community in particular that Seawright is focusing on and that is Belvedere Square. He believes that getting first time homeowners in that neighborhood will begin to improve the quality of living in that area.
The current home- ownership rate in Baltimore is under 50 percent, the goal of Seawright is to bring that number up. Seawright wants to make owning a home possible for every family that lives in the Baltimore area. He believes that owning homes is what will strengthen community connections which will result is a stable environment for everyone to thrive in.
In 2015, Seawright founded the joint venture partnership with RPS Solutions, LLC. RPS Solutions constructs and renovates homes to make them affordable. They are the matchmakers between lenders and those who have properties to sell. They believe that by offering these services, they will be able to reach their goal of improving the housing statics in the Baltimore area.
Seawright has been working to improve the lives of people all over the East Coast and just not the Baltimore area. He has also put his expertise to help the people of Newark.
