Making the most of his expertise as a venture capitalist and lawyer, Sam Tabar has officially become the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) at an environmentally friendly fuels firm.
Tabar said he expects to collaborate with the senior management team to carry out FullCycle Energy’s work to resolve global environmental issues.
Tabar’s know-how takes in business management, litigation as well as counseling clients on hedge fund creation and organization as well as venture administration.
Much of Tabar’s livelihood involves making financial arrangements for monetary institutions. For example, in his role as head of capital strategy for Merrill Lynch (Bank of America) he worked with donations, organizations and in partnership on operations.
Tabar will work with the FullCycle Energy Fund team as it moves away from high-priced, polluting energy to lesser priced and eco-friendly fuels, according to a PRNewswire press release.
With Tabar’s experience as an entrepreneur and lawyer he is set to help global communities with low cost fuel that’s connected to the environment.
FullCycle Energy Fund, which was launched in 2013, invests in and takes delivery of waste projects to search out and learn all there is to know of global environmental issues.
FullCycle Energy Fund’s technology supports decreases in plant operating expenditures, advances in fuel efficiency and declines in carbon emissions.
The focus of the fund includes new electric generation plant ventures to cut down the high costs of fuels and do away with current fuel supply contaminants.
Tabar began his career as an attorney for Skadden, Arps, Meagher, Slate & Flom and went back to the legal field some years later with Schulte, Roth & Zabel.
He also worked in business development and capital strategy with the largest independent fund in Asia Pacific, the SPARX Group Company/PMA Investment Advisors, managing global marketing concerns. And he made a vital investment in publicly aware women’s underwear marker, SheThinx.
